Well, I have been enjoying the delightfully chilly winter mornings recently. The change from the mono-seasonal Gold Coast has been stimulating.
We have a few updates to let everyone know about. We have finally gotten around to getting our new phone number up and functional as we transition to a more permanent arrangement in Victoria. You'll see our new number here on the website as well as on Google and our socials.
The address for our consulting rooms has also been updated - please check that out.
You'll see that we have improved our contact form which I think will allow us to answer your enquiries a bit better.
You'll also notice that at the top right of the website, next to the menu there is a new link for a "Patient login" - this will take you to our Patient Portal which we have up and running, where you'll be able to do quite a bit. The portal will allow you to upload referrals, photos and other information; you can update your profile including your Medicare and health insurance details; you can review quotes and other documents that we can share with you; and you will be able to pay for both consultations and your surgery using your credit card through our secure payment systems. How convenient!
All new patients will receive a registration link by email. I'll pop up a quick walk-through for the portal soon, but the whole thing is very self-explanatory.
We will also be adding a link to the "virtual waiting room" for our telehealth system which should make things easier for our more distant patients having telehealth consultations.
We'll be contacting patients in the next week or so by email with all of these details, as we work through our appointment book.
